Between July 1st and August 31st (one room can be rented already from June 20th). The rooms are both fully furnished and both include a 140x200 bed, a wardrobe and a desk and desk chair. The house is fully furnished, very spacious and bright. You will be sharing the space with our lovely roomie Machi, 24 years old and from Greece. She is in her masters degree at Erasmus University and doing an internship over the summer. On the first floor of the house, there is a nice kitchen, a guest bathroom, and a bright living room with a large comfy couch and a large dining table which we usually use to share meals and also for working/studying. There is also a small balcony facing the street. The 3 bedrooms and the bathroom with the shower are located on the second floor.Here are some details: Rent: €630 + €95 bills per month ( bi-weekly cleaning service is included in the rent) + small deposit of €200, which will be returned at the end registration possible Metro: Voorschoterlaan (2 minutes walking distance) 10-15 minute bike ride to Blaak/Centraal Albert Heijn and Spar in the same street 130 sqm spacious bright house, close to lovely Kralingse Bos (lake)Viewing is, of course, possible.Please send us a text if you are interested and tell us a bit about yourself!
